For mixing the components of a dental compound, in particular a dental impression compound, an operationally exchangeable stirrer (5) is provided with a base element (7) which comprises a mixing chamber (9), several delivery channels (51, 53) for the components, these channels being separated from one another and opening into the mixing chamber, and an outlet channel (65) for the mixed dental compound. An agitator (11) is rotatably arranged in the mixing chamber (7). The stirrer (5) is held, in an operationally removable manner, on a support device (3) of the drive arrangement (17, 19) and sits in a closure element (67), which is designed as a sleeve and which is guided rotatably in the support part (3). The stirrer (5) is coupled to the closure element (67) in a rotationally fixed manner. The closure element (67) closes the delivery channels (51, 53) when the stirrer (5) is removed. <IMAGE> |
