Roadway support system with simultaneous thermal insulation and a preferably simultaneous dust-binding effect

A roadway support system for underground use as well as for use in tunnelling consists of formed steel sections, preferably steel wire. The sectioning is provided in such a way that the coating thickness of the early-bearing mortar to be sprayed on is thus predetermined at the same time. The steel sections are connected via squeeze layers, the squeeze layers at the same time serving as spacers for the sectional wires. Serving as early-bearing compounds are preferably compounds which at the same time act as thermal insulation. Thermal colite with filter ash, flue-gas desulphurised gypsum and cement is provided, this thermal insulation being attached to the inside of the section, while a coating consisting of a mixture of calcium chloride is provided as a final protective coating on the side allocated to the gallery. <IMAGE>
