PURPOSE:To have continuous operation for winding a rectangular coil, in which bulge is eliminated likely to be generated in the straight portion, by pressing to the center and the other end of a support link in such a way as to make the coiling form using rolls each engaged with a cylinder rod. CONSTITUTION:A roller 9 can rotate in contact with the perphery of a coil 4 at all times, as it rotates in the c direction round a fulcrum O1 in synchronization with the b directed rotation of the coil 4, and therefore no unreasonable load is applied to the rotation of the coiling form 3. A cylinder 11 presses the piston rod 12 always in the g direction. That is, even though the roller 9 swings to the right and left following the long and short members of this rectangular coil 4, the rod 12 moves to the right and left in the g direction and presses a link 8 with the same pressure at all times. In the cylinder 6, rod 7 moves in the f, e direction, if the pressure oil is relieved in the direction from h to i and from k to j. The center of the piston 6 is put identical of the center of the coiling form 3 to shift the fulcrum O1 of piston rod 7 and link 8 to the point O'1, in order to prevent change of the pushing force F0 of the roller 9 to a great extent according to the rotational angle theta of the coiling form 3. |
