PURPOSE:To improve the heat dissipation efficiency of a wound core by forming vent holes from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the core. CONSTITUTION:Slots 3 are punched at the prescribed pitch along the longitudidinal direction of a steel band 1 on the band 1 before winding and laminating, and air holes 4 are simultaneously punched at the slots 3 at the longitudinal position on the yoke 9 of the band 1. The band 1 is punched with the slots 3 and air holes 4 at one side and spirally wound and laminated at the other. When radial slots 5 are obtained by the slots 3, the holes 4 are matched, one end is opened by the matched hole 4 at the inner periphery 6 of the core 2, and the other end is opened at the outer periphery 7 to form vent holes 8. In this manner, the heat dissipation efficiency of the core can be improved. |
