PURPOSE:To control the stop of bubble operations, by inhibiting immediately the transfer-out to start a timer in accordance with the state of a memory when a reset or power-down signal is inputted during the writing operation. CONSTITUTION:When the power-down or reset signal is inputted at a time T01 and the completion time of the transfer-out is t1, a transfer-out gate BRT0 is made unoperated immediately. Consequently, the transfer-out at a next time T02 is not performed, and simultaneously, a counter is started. When a gate signal is inputted at the next timing T02, a prescribed number is loaded to the counter to change contents of the counter. When the gate signal is inputted at the time T02, the period from the time T02 to a time Ti1 is known, and the counter is set to the timer of a time attained by adding a slight margin to this period, and an PF output is set to L after the lapse of this time. Thus, required writing is terminated and unnecessary write is inhibited in case of writing. |
