PURPOSE:To prevent a tube from damaging and to improve adhesive force among layers, by constituting parts touching the tip of a tire bead part and a rim and a part touching the tube with a layer made of rubber containing a smashed cord and a rubber layer whose hardness is low, in a two-layer structure flap. CONSTITUTION:A flap 8 is constituted with a high hardness layer 10 made of rubber containing a smashed cord and a layer 11 made of low hardness rubber so that parts touching the tip of a bead part and a rim are within the high hardness layer 10 and a part touching a tube is contained within the low hardness layer 11. With this constitution, hardness is high to the bead part and the rim part and is low to the tube part, through display of respective peculiarities of which the tube is prevented from damaging and adhesiveness among layers can be improved. |
