PURPOSE:To prevent a tape from squeaking and deteriorating the reproducing characteristics owing to an environmental change and to prevent a core laminate from causing stripping by adding fine powder of synthetic resin contg. an org. lubricant to an insulating adhesive between layers of the core half and a fixing material for packing and fixing the core. CONSTITUTION:A fixing material 5 and an insulating adhesive 6 contains fine powder 7 of synthetic resin contg. an org. lubricant. The lubricant is at least 1 kind of compound selected from metallic soaps [(RCOO)nM] which are metallic salts (Na, Ca, Mg, Ba, L, Al, Zn, Fe, Cu, Pb and Sn salts) of higher fatty acids such as stearic acid, oleic acid and palmitic acid, higher fatty acid esters (RCOOR) such as ethyl oleate and ethyl stearate, higher alcohols (ROH) such as oleyl alcohol and lauryl alcohol, amines (RNH2) such as t-butylamine, aminopropionic acid and cyclohexylaminenitrite, silicone oils such as methylpolysiloxane, phenylmethylsilicone compounds and methylsilicone compounds, and fatty acid amidex (RCONH2) such as oleic acid amide and stearic acid amide. |
