PURPOSE:To obtain the titled developer capable of giving a toner to a positive electrostatic charge and having a good flowability and a high stability by adding and mixing fine particles of alumina to the toner. CONSTITUTION:When the fine particles of alumina are added and mixed to the toner, as the fine particles of alumina have usually a property of charging it to the positive electrostatic charge, the toner displays the positive frictional electrification property against a carrier, thereby giving the positive electrostatic charge to the toner by rubbing the toner with the carrier. And, as the fine particles of alumina have the function of a lubricant, the toner is hard to aggregate with each other, and has a good flowability. Thus, the frictional electrification property due to rubbing the toner with the carrier is maintained stably for a long period even if in the surroundings of a high temp. and a high humidity, thereby forming a good visible image. |
