PURPOSE:To prevent an offset phenomenon of the titled material by incorporating more than a prescribed amount of a graft polymer obtd. by grafting a prescribed amount of an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester with a prescribed amount of a polyolefin wax having a specific limiting viscosity to the titled material. CONSTITUTION:The grafting ratio of the unsatd. carboxylic acid ester is necessary to be a range of 10-70pts.wt. of the unsatd. carboxylic acid ester per 30-90pts.wt. of the polyolefin wax having 0.07-0.6dl/(g) limiting viscosity. And, further said ratio is preferably a range of 15-60pts.wt. of the unsatd. carboxylic acid ester per 40-85pts.wt. of the polyolefin wax. The amount of the modified polyolefin wax of a binary system electrostatic toner is necessary to be >=25pts.wt., preferably >=40pts.wt. of the polyolefin wax per 100pts.wt. of the total thermoplastic resin including another resinous sticking agent. The modified polyolefin wax has effects of improving a dispersibility of said polyolefin against the resinous sticking agent and of improving physical properties of an electrostatic charge controlling property, etc., of the toner and of improving the property of the developing agent. |
