REMOTE CONTROLLER OF OIL TEMPERATURE OF TANK GROUP

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of signal lines by incorporating a remote central monitor system and an oil control system for liquid level and oil temperature. CONSTITUTION:The measuring value such as level meter 7 and a temperature detector 9 is converted respectively into a digital value and held in a two-wire bidirectional communication transmitter 23. The tank information such as liquid level and oil temperature held in the transmitter 23 is converted into a serial digital signal and transmitted to a central controller 25 in a control room 3 via a two-wire cable 18. Then, the controller 25 transmits an on/off signal in response whether the temperature information exceeds a set value or not to the transmitter 23 via the two-wire 18. The transmitter 23 drives a regulating valve 13 to control the supply of steam and the oil temperature. Thus, the number of signal lines is reduced.
