<p>A ROTARY TURRET FINISHING MACHINE FOR TUBULAR PAPER CORES A finishing machine for tubular paper cores with a unique rotary, turret core transporter. The turret transporter is provided with self centering jaws, to accurately and automatically center cores of different diameter. The jaw mechanisms are also centered about the length of the core. Symmetrical lateral motion of the core ends into alternating work stations is provided. Compactness, simplicity, accurate repeatability and smoothness are its advantages over conventional conveyor type core transporters.</p> |
