DETECTOR FOR THE DEVIATION OF THE OPTICAL AXIS IN LASER PROCESSING APPARATUS

A detector capable of detecting with much ease the deviation amount of the optical axis of the laser beams in a laser processing apparatus employing a usual commercially available CO2 laser resonator. A plurality of image sensors are disposed radially around a certain point as the center and the optical axis of the laser beam irradiated from a laser machining apparatus to each of the image sensors is calculated and displayed based on at least three points of positions of the image sensors irradiated by the laser beams.
