PURPOSE:To adjust cushion effect by permitting the engagement or disengagement of each engaging edge of suspension members through stopper members. CONSTITUTION:Each spring supporting bracket 2 is integrally mounted to a seat frame 1, one end of each suspension spring 3 is anchored to the spring supporting bracket 2 and the other end thereof is resiliently supported by a resilient member 4. Hinge brackets 6 are fixed to the spring supporting bracket 2, one end of each planar members 7 is pivotally attached to the hinge bracket 6, and the other end thereof is anchored to a frame 5 of the resilient member 4. Projecting pieces 8, 9 are provided on the undersurface of the planar member 7 and on the bottom of the frame, each stopper rod 10 is rotatably supported by the projecting pieces 9, link pieces 11 are secured, link pieces 12 are pivotally attached to the projecting pieces 8, and the link pieces 11, 12 are connected, so that the stopper members 15 in the form of a link are formed. |
