PURPOSE:To realize stable lifting-up operation by a method wherein a submarine boat is fastened to a trestle hanged from a crane, which is overhanged beyond the side of a ship, and the crane is drawn in to the inboard side in order to press the side wheels of the trestle against a side plating so as to prevent the submarine boat from shaking during lifting. CONSTITUTION:A submarine boat 4 is lifted up in a basket 8 consisting of a trestle 5 hanged from the crane 2, which is overhanged beyond the side of a mother ship 1, and a protective frame 7 for the upper surface of the boat and then secured to the basket 8. After that, the crane 1 is drawn in to the inboard side in order to press the basket 8 against the side plating so as to lift up while running the boat along the surface of the side plating by means of the wheels 11 arranged on the side face of the basket 8 facing to the side plating. In such a manner as mentioned above, even when the mother ship rolls or pitches heavily due to rough sea condition, the stable lifting-up operation can be performed. |
