PURPOSE:To form a distributor without a moving part and attaining accurate distribution even for a minute flow, by deciding a flow to a distributing pipe by a water head of a main header and a specific size of a capillary tube. CONSTITUTION:The main header 1 accommodating a liquid and whose upper part is open in air is connected to flow control tubes 2a-2g via a communicating tube 6. Each flow control tube has respectively capillary headers 3a-3g whose upper part is open into air and to which a distributing pipe is linked, and replaceable capillary tubes 7a-7g. Thus, the flow to each distribution tube depends on the water head of the main header 1, the inner diameter of the capillary tubes and the length. Thus, the total amount is dependent on the water head of the main header 1 and each amount is decided by replacing the capillary tubes. Thus, the distributor without a moving part and distributing even minute flow is formed. |
