PURPOSE:To generate integral type control signal effectively, by allowing the output to following up linearly the change of a reference voltage and changing the set value of a resistance voltage divider to vary the following-up speed freely. CONSTITUTION:An output 62 of an integrating circuit 10 and a reference voltage 5 are compared in voltage level with each other in the input side of a voltage comparator 7, and the output of the comparator 7 is supplied to the input side of a buffer amplifier 8, and the output of the amplifier 8 is given to a resistance voltage divider 9, and the output of the voltage divider 9 is supplied to a circuit 10. Thus, the output characteristic of the output 62 rises and falls linearly for the stepped change of the reference voltage, and the following-up speed is changed freely by verying the voltage division ratio of the voltage divider 9. |
