PURPOSE:To prevent removal of ball stopper by providing a ring to be fitted over the outercirucmference of body end section. CONSTITUTION:A ball 2 is inserted into a body 1 to fit a spindle 3 penetrating through the wall face of the body 1 in a groove 21 of the ball 2. Ball seals 4 are applied on both sides of the ball 2 and a ball stopper 5 is inserted. The ball stopper 5 is stopped by a stopper ring 6 fitted in the circumferential groove 11 made in the outercircumference of the end section of the body 1 to prevent removal from the body 1. The stopper ring 6 is comprised of a fitting section 61 to be fitted in a groove 11 made in the outercircumference at the end of the body 1, a tubular section along the outercircumference of the body and an inner flange section 63 extending inwardly along the end face of the body 1, where the inner end section of the inner flange section 63 extending inwardly from the end face of the body 1 will stop the end face of the ball stopper 5. |
