PURPOSE:To obtain a food covered with a noodle pastry molded into a proper hardness, having a tasty wrinkled noodle pastry at a sealed part, by pressing ingredients into the dented noodle pastry, pressing an expanded part of an elastic material to an open top part, so that the open top part is sealed. CONSTITUTION:After the ingredients 20 are packed in the hole 30 of a molding cup, it is enlarged slightly, the molding rod 23 and the packing rod 24 are drawn out upward. After the rods 23 and 24 are pulled out, compressed air is fed from the suction and exhaust pipe 57 to the rubber the 56 of the sealing means 32, so that the part 56a is expanded to the side of the sealing channel 54, the open top part 61 of noodle pastry standing on the channel 54 is drawn toward the central part in a wringed way by the expanded part 56a, the wringed parts are bonded each other and the open top part is sealed. Since the expanded part 56a consists of an elastic material, the open top part 61 is wringed and sealed while being transferred in the direction of the lowest resistance of wringing direction by the influence of thickness and hardness of the open top part 61 of noodle pastry. Consequently, the hardness of the wrinkled pastry 62 at the sealed part is made uniform. |
