PURPOSE:To simplify the operating work of a recorder and the input work by providing a paraphrase mark to a recording tape at recording, detecting it at a CPU and outputting it as the operating signal of the recorder. CONSTITUTION:The voice outputted from the recorder 1 is inputted to a single syllable recognizing section 2 and a phrase end detecting section 3. The recognizing section 2 compares the stored content of a standard pattern memory 4 with each signal syllable of input voice so as to recognize the input voice in the unit of the syllables. A detecting section 3 detects the paraphrase mark provided on a recording tape at the recording, and the detecting signal and the result of recognition of the recognizing section 2 are inputted to the CPU5. The CPU5 gives an output to a recording control section 6 when a detection signal is inputted, and the control section 6 outputs a temporary stop signal to the recorder 1 based on this input to stop the reproduction of the voice. Thus, the recognition result group of the single syllables inputted in the unit of the paraphrases is processed at the CPU5 and displayed on a display device 8. |
