PURPOSE:To perform the color recording onto the recording form of an ordinary paper with a small-sized and simple mechanism, by recording toner images of respective color components on the recording form at a time after forming them while fixing temporarily toner images on a base material. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic latent image corresponding to a color signal is formed on a drum 1 by an electrostatic latent image writing mechanism 2. This latent image is developed with a toner corresponding to the color signal, and the toner image is heated by a heating mechanism 4 and is fixed temporarily onto the drum 1. The process where a toner image corresponding to another color signal is fixed temporarily onto the drum 1 is repeated by the number of color components to form all color images, and thereafter, a recording form 5 is brought into contact with the drum 1, and it is heated to melt toner images to transfer and fix them. A developing machine 3 consists of four developing parts 3B, 3M, 3S, and 3Y of black, magenta, cyan, and yellow independent of one another, and electrostatic latent images are formed by an ion current control-type writing mechanism 2 which is superior in controllability of electric charge density and has a high allowance of the precision of the length between an electrode of the drum. |
