PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the scanning apparatus of a densitometer, by using a light blocking rotary disc provided with a pervious aperture and an optical fiber bundle of which both end parts respectively have predetermined arrangements. CONSTITUTION:Light passing through the pervious aperture 15 of a light blocking disc 14 from a light source is successively incident to optical fibers 2, 3... forming an optical fiber bundle of which end parts 2b, 3b... are arranged on a circumference and successively emitted from the other ends 2a, 2b where the fibers 2, 3... are linearily arranged to successively and linearly scan and irradiate a thin chromatography plate P. Similar operation is performed in a light receiving side. By this mechanism, the constitution of the scanning apparatus of a densitometer becomes simple. |
