摘要 PURPOSE:To enable reference check in a state separated from an object to be tested, by constituting the titled apparatus from such a mechanism that a skirt having air pervious perforations is attached to a body to be immersed and the object to be tested is separated from a sensor when a large amount of air is blown off while a reference solution is directly contacted with the sensor in a sprayed form. CONSTITUTION:A buffer solution is set to a tank 25, a reference solution KF.F/ppm to a tank 27, a reference solution KF.F10ppm to a tank 26 and a dilution distilled water to a tank 28. Pumps 18, 19 are always rotated and the buffer solution is sent to an immersion detecting part 11 while diluted 10 times. A compressor 24 is operated and the amount of jet air is adjusted by a needle valve 13. A timer 14 is set and a solenoid valve 12 is opened for 12min during a cycle to send a large amount of air while a pinch valve 23 is closed for 8min in the first half, a valve 22 is closed after opened for 4min in the first half and a valve 24 is succeedingly only for 4min. By this mechanism, continuous operation is started after a display meter 16 is corrected. An ojbect to be tested is pushed out by air supplied from a skirt 10 and the reference solution, the buffer solution and air are directly blown to a fluorine ion electrode 1 to perform checking.
