Installations boxes of the type that have means for connecting together two of more boxes and are intended to be recessed into walls are provided with circular stubs 11, 12 and 13 respectively pointing in opposite directions for receiving electrical leads, which stubs are oriented in line with or close to the bottom part of the box, however in such a way that the distance x from the upper surface of the stub or stubs to the upper edge part of the box constitutes a previously determined first distance. According to the invention, an essential characteristic thereof is that at least one first part 15, and 18, 19 respectively running in a horizontal direction and shaped as a shank, interacting with at least one part of at least one stub 13 and 11, 12 respectively, and of a second part 16 and 21 respectively, the surface of which that adjoins the shank 15 or the shanks 18, 19 interacts with a stub 13 or stubs 11, 12 essentially in a vertical plane and the opposite surface of which forms one limit plane for a second distance y, the second limit plane being formed in a known way by the front edge of the box. <IMAGE> |
