PURPOSE:To enable a coil to be quickly shifted into a coil-inserting jig, installed under a wire coiling device, by providing a coiling frame sliding body through a compressed spring onto a coil pushing rod sliding body composing the wire coiling device and combining them into an integrated system capable of making up-and- down operations. CONSTITUTION:A coil pushing rod sliding body 12 and a coiling frame sliding body 17 are provided, through a common plate 8, on a flier 2, equipped with a coiling frame 3 and a coil pushing rod 5 and also keeping a pass-through electric wire 1. The sliding bodies 12 and 17 are combined using a compressed spring 28, and the sliding body connected to the pushing rod 5 is lowered or lifted together with the coiling frame 3 at the same time. Top end of an opening of a coil inserting jig, which is to hold a finished coil 6, is made to contact with the bottom end of the flier 2 so that a finished coil 6 is pushed into this opening at the end of coiling. In this mechanism, the flier 2, keeping a pass-though electric wire 1, is turned around the coiling frame 3 to make a coil 6, and at the end of coiling operation, a cylinder 27 operates to push down the slinding body 17 so that the finished coil 6 is shifted into the jig 7. |
