PURPOSE:To efficiently cool by supplying oxidizing agent from the same supply duct of oxidizing agent to a cooling chamber and a reaction chamber, and then supplying the agent to a stacked cell main body with controlling its flow rate with a damper. CONSTITUTION:A duct 3 which supplies air acting as an oxidizing agent is bonded together in airtightness with a stacked cell main body 1 obtained by stacking a plurality of unit cells one of which is comprising a fuel electrode, oxidizing agent electrode, and an electrolyte matrix. A good heat conductive wave form separator 2 which is bonded together with a partition 7 is inserted into an oxidizing agent chamber frame 11. A space between the separator 2 and the air electrode is used as a reaction chamber 9, and a space between the separator 2 and the fuel chamber is used as a cooling chamber 10. A damper 6 which controls the flow rate of reaction air 4 and cooling air 5 is installed at the upper edge of the partition 7. Therefore, the reaction air and cooling air are supplied from one duct with the flow rate controlled to cool efficiently. |
