PURPOSE:To simply fill a hermetic vessel with the coolant of a dip evaporation cooler by adding a simple auxiliary part without using a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:A top surface hermetic cock 12 is provided on the top surface of the dip evaporation cooler, and a bottom hermetic cock 13 at a position lower than the fixed position of the liquid surface of the coolant 3, respectively. The coolant 3 is injected from a tank 15 by opening the cocks 12 and 13. The cock 12 is closed, heat is generated by impressing a voltage on a heat generator 1, and then vapor 3a is generated by increasing the temperature of the coolant 3. The vapor 3a forces out the coolant 3 into the tank 15 through a connecting tube 14. After making the liquid surface L2 reach the liquid surface position 16 by increasing the pressure of the vapor 3a, the cock 13 is closed, and the connecting tube 14 is separated from the cock 13. |
