PURPOSE:To easily judge whether or not dredging operation is necessary by a method in which a theoretical sludge content ratio is calculated by signals from a manual input function unit and a sensor unit, and the theoretical sludge content ratio is compared with actually measured sludge content ratio and displayed. CONSTITUTION:From excavated soil thickness T and dredging advancement amount A from a manual input function unit and also a swing speed Vt from a sensor, soil-pumping amount CA=TXAXVt is obtained by the multiplyer of a dredging judger. From the amount CA and inside-dredging pipe flow rate Vdt from the sensor, a theoretical sludge content ratio C=CA/Vdt is obtained by the divider of the dredging judger. The ratio (alpha=Vt/C) of the theoretical sludge content ratio C to actually measured dredging pipe sludge content ratio Vst from the sensor is obtained by the divider. When the ratio alpha is displayed on a displayer CRT for every sampling time, judgement of whether dredging operation is necessary or not is made possible. |
