PURPOSE:To contrive simplification of constitution and reduction in cost of manufacture of the titled device by a method wherein the vertical movement of a frame supporting section is unnecessitated by giving a vertical movement to a vertical shifting part, and the forward-backward movement of the frame supporting section is unnecessitated by giving a make and break action to a frame guide part. CONSTITUTION:When a lead frame 11 moves upward and reached the position at a chuck part 14, the upward movement of a lead frame magazine 12 and an elevator 13 come to a stop, and a sheet of lead frame 11 located at the top part is attracted and held by a chuck 14. Then, when the lead frame 11 comes down together with the lead frame magazine 12 and the elevator 13 leaving a sheet of lead frame 11 supported by the chuck part 14, a rail 15 is closed at the width corresponding to the lead frame 11 immediately after the lead frame magazine passes the rail 15. Then, the frame retention by the chuck part 14 is released, and the lead frame 11 drops on the rail 15 for feeding. By repeating the above- mentioned operation, the lead frames located in the lead frame magazine 12 is supplied to the rail one by one. |
