PURPOSE:To move a gripper rail and an idle pedestal together with a base to outside and facilitate change of the idle receiving stand by connecting an idle pedestal base that slides on a guide rail provided along an intermediate idle station to a gripper rail. CONSTITUTION:When working, the fixture 18 of a slide member 16 is fixed by a pin P to a receiving fitting 19b of the press base side 8, and an idle pedestal base 14 connected to a cylinder 20 and an idle pedestal 7 are also fixed. When the work is completed, the receiving fitting 23 of a gripper rail 6 is fitted to the connecting fitting 22 of an automatic arranging device 11. The pin 18 of the fixture 18 is disconnected, and the connecting fitting 22 and the receiving fitting 23 of the gripper rail 6 are connected by the pin P. Then, the cylinder 20 contracts and the pedestal 7 moves outside of the press machine. When the gripper rail 6 is shifted to outermost position, the pedestal 7 is moved with it, and changing of the idle pedestal can be carried out from outside of the gripper rail 6. |
