PURPOSE:To shorten current supplying time and to improve a turn off characteristic in a switching circuit using a drive transformer by connecting a diode for reverse current supply to an intermediate tap fitted to the drive transformer. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate tap is fitted to the secondary winding of the transformer Tr and the cathode of the reverse current supplying diode D is connected to the tap. When reverse current is supplied by a part of the secondary winding of the transformer Tr, the diode D and a closed circuit between the emitter and base of a switching TR Q2, sharp reverse current can be made flow, so that the current supplying time can be sharply shortened. |
