<p>PURPOSE:To attain stable setting even if hysteresis width is small by detecting the difference between the collector current of a transistor (TR) and constant current and switching the size of the constant current level. CONSTITUTION:Since the collector current of a TRQ11 is extremely low when the level of an input terminal IN2 is low, current is made flow into an input terminal of a switching control circuit 11, a switching circuit S is turned on and the level of an output terminal OUT1 is turned to a prescribed high level. If the level of an input terminal IN2 exceeds a prescribed level H, current is made flow into the input terminal of the control circuit 11, the switching circuit S is turned off and the level of the output terminal OUT1 is kept at a prescribed low level. If the level of the input terminal IN2 is reduced down to a prescribed level or less, current is made flow into the input terminal of the control circuit 11, the switching circuit S is turned on and the level of the output terminal OUT1 is kept at the prescribed high level.</p> |
