The invention relates to a single-use medical syringe which is fitted into an injecting instrument in order to advance the plunger by means of a motor. The object of the invention is to prevent the connecting sleeve 27 of the one-channel syringe from being accidently made to interact with the support provided on the instrument, by taking the place of the annular part 28 provided with flanges 21, 22 which is intended to do this. To obtain this result, the tapped cavity of the connecting sleeve 27 is made to advance inside the part 28 and its wall to end at the front flange 22 or slightly in front of it. <IMAGE>
