PURPOSE:To control exactly a sales data at the time of date change (EOD) processing and to eliminate inconvenience by providing an auxiliary means for storing a corrected data which is a difference between a sales data of a terminal equipment, which is stored at the time of the previous scanning and a sales data at the time of EOD, when an EOD instruction is received. CONSTITUTION:A center machine 3 is connected through an MODEM2 to a host computer 1 of a vendor system, and a vendor by a refrigerator 4 of plural guest rooms is connected to this center machine 3. The first RAM6 for storing a sales data, an RAM10 for a corrected data, and program and working memory 9 are connected to a CPU7 of this center machine 3. A command is given to the vendor at a prescribed time from this center machine 3, and a sales data from the vendor is stored in the RAM6. In this state, when an instruction of EOD from the computer 1 is received, a sales data of the vendor of that time point is read by the CPU7, and a difference between the sales data of the memory 9 and the sales data of the RAM6, which is read in the previous time is operated, and is stored in the RAM10. |
