<p>PURPOSE:To perform the test of an ROMIC which has a large capacity and performs a complicated operation by constituting titled tester of a comparatively small-scale circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pattern memory PM is provided, and an ROMIC consists mostly of 4, 8 and 16 bits. The bit constitutiin can be switched by a control signal with an ROM having complicated operation. Therefore the memory PM suffices with 16 channels at most since it stores the expected value of an ROM code and has the depth of 256K-1M bit length. As shown in the figure, 12BITX 64KW is secured for the memory for the expected value pattern of the ROM. A buffer memory having 16-bit length with 24-channel length is exemplified. The memory CM shown in the figure has 16W and is capable of 16 types of controls including the control bits of a driver/comparator D/C.</p> |
