PURPOSE:To obtain an uniform deflected beam regardless of a beam incidence position on a hologram disk by irradiating the disk with auxiliary light during hologram formation and making the efficiency of diffraction between the center and circumference of the hologram disk. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam L incident to a hologram scanner 100 is diffracted and deflected by the hologram disk 1 rotated by a motor 2 to scan on a photosensitive drum 10. The direction P of the grating of a hologram piece 3 on the hologram disk 1 and the direction Q of the linear polarized light of the beam L coincide with each other in the center of the hologram piece 3, but are different at the circumference, so the diffraction efficiency drops to reduce the amount of incident light to the photosensitive drum 10. For this purpose, when the hologram piece 3 is formed, the center part is exposed and photosensitized to the auxiliary light to decrease the transittivity, obtaining the same beam diffraction efficiency with the circumferential part. |
