The invention concerns the furnishing industry. The object is a cylindrical bush inserted tightly in an orifice pierced at the surface of an element to be assembled, the said bush being perpendicular to a retaining stud, the said stud being introduced in the said element and fixed to the second assembling element, characterised in that the bush forks out when pushed against the body of the said stud, and comprises a special orifice providing on the one hand the passage and the lateral displacement of a countersunk screw screwed into the body of the said stud, and constituting on the other hand, an inclined bearing surface at the underside of the said countersunk head during screwing thus producing the transverse movement of the bush along the stud, and consequently the retaining movement of the two elements together. <IMAGE>
