PURPOSE:To obtain high sensitivity by dividing the numbers of a photoelectric converter of a rotary collimator type sincillation camera into plural groups, and calculating the radioactive rays incidence positions of respective groups independently by plural position calculating circuits. CONSTITUTION:Numbers of photomultipliers 4 are divided into plural groups in a direction Y and one position calculating circuit is connected to every group. The outputs of the photomultipliers 4 arrayed at the same position in a direction X are sent together in common to an adder 7 through a preamplifier 5 and weighted resistance 6, and its output is divided at a divider 8 by a summation signal from an adder 9 to obtain a standardized position signal. Even when plural radioactive rays are made incident at the same time, they are counted without any omission if they are made incident to the respective groups separately in the direction Y, improving the count rate characteristic. |
