PURPOSE:To set optionally the initial state of a register by outputting a clock signal after a clear signal supplied to an address counter rises, and delaying this clock at least by a two clock portion. CONSTITUTION:A microprogram sequencer 1 is cleared when an inputted clear signal 6 is in a low level, and also a pulse of a clock signal 5 rises. If the signal 6 is in a low level, when the first pulse of the signal 5 rises, a micro-instruction register 3 outputs a data stored before that time, and also inputs a data read out of a microprogram memory 2. Subsequently, the sequencer 1 is cleared, and for instance, outputs a ''0'' address. After the second pulse of the signal 5 rises, contents of the ''0'' addres are stored in the register 3, and a count enable signal 4 inputted to the sequencer 1 stops being indefinite. In this way, the register 3 can be initialized. |
