The invention relates to apparatuses of the "crustacean pot" type permitting fishing for prawns or edible crabs and lobsters. It comprises a container 1, in which are articulated two small arches 4 in orifices 9, on which container is attached, on edges 2, an interchangeable net 6 firmly joined to a "chute" 5, which is also interchangeable. This pot, which can thus be folded up, forms a stack arrangement and is wedged by virtue of reinforcements 3 which are placed on bearing surfaces 8 of the container 1. The container 1 is made from a PVC-type mouldable synthetic material which is resistant to wear by chafing and its base is smooth and cannot catch on the seabed. The most advantageous applications of the invention are the "use of pots" for small boats and for pleasure craft. <IMAGE>
