A camera endoscope includes a tube (7), which is fitted onto the camera (1) and in which one or more serial objectives with intercalated field lenses or rod lenses (8) are disposed in sequence. A negative field lens (5) and a photographic objective (4) are disposed between camera (1) and tube (7), the objective (4) being focused, in the direction towards the field lens (5) and entrance pupil (9) of the tube (7), to beyond INFINITY and, on the other side, onto the film stage (1') of the camera (1). The endoscope according to the invention permits a viewing and photographic recording not only of objects disposed directly in front of the entrance pupil (9) but also of objects which are further away from said entrance pupil. <IMAGE>
