PURPOSE:To enable an accelerator pedal to be normally controlled, by utilizing planetary gears to transmit driving power of a motor not to the accelerator pedal but to a throttle valve and obtaining a good control feeling while forcedly returning an output shaft of the motor while it is damped. CONSTITUTION:One end part of a throttle shaft 14 oppositely arranges a step motor 20, and its output shaft 22 fixes to its point end part a sun gear 24. While a ring gear 26 with internal gear is arranged outside the sun gear 24, and planet gears 28 are arranged between these sun gear and ring gear. And a device mounts rollers 30, rotatably mounting the planet gears 28, to an accelerator lever 32 while the accelerator lever 32 to the output shaft 22 through a bearing 34. In this way, driving power of the step motor 20 is transmitted not to an accelerator pedal 38 but to only a throttle valve 12. Here the output shaft 22 is urged in a fixed direction by a back spring 54, while the throttle valve 12 is prevented from rapidly opening by a dashpot 50. |
