PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of untwisted part near the end breakage, by unwinding the yarn end from the winding part in the case of end breakage, returning the yarn end back to the air false twister, integrating with the fiber bundle in the drafting part, and starting the spinning operation. CONSTITUTION:When the end breakage is detected by the end breakage detector 27, the back rollers 6, 6' of the drafting part are stopped first, and then the processes after the middle aprons 7, 7' are stopped to break the fiber bundle therebetween. The ending operation is carried out by separating the front roller 6 and the top roller of the middle apron 7 from the bottom roller, sucking and removing the fiber remaining in the drafting part and the air false twisting nozzle 3 with the suction tube 25, contacting the winding roller 24 to the wound yarn P to pass the end of the wound yarn through the air false twisting nozzle 3 while sucking the yarn with the suction tube 25, passing the yarn between the front rollers 6, 6' and middle rollers 7, 7', separating the yarn from the yarn in the suction tube 27, integrating the yarn end with the fiber bundle guided by the back rollers 8, 8', and restarting the spinning operation. |
