An apparatus for the application or surface-treatment of screed masses on floors comprises a bearing and supporting apparatus (1) which can be braced between the floor and ceiling, a cantilever (5) mounted pivotably on said apparatus, and a floor-working implement (9) located at the free cantilever end. The cantilever (5) is constructed in the form of a linked arm and for this purpose possesses a plurality of cantilever members (7) mounted so as to be able to pivot relative to one another. In order to guarantee for each cantilever member (7) a high degree of stability, in particular with regard to torsional and twisting stability, the cantilever member (7) is constructed in the shape of an H with two vertical tube sections (11, 13) and a tube section (15) arranged in between. A pivot fork (19) for suspension on an adjacent cantilever member (7) is provided on one of the two vertical tube sections (13). The tube sections preferably have a diameter of 10 to 30 cm. As a result of this design of the cantilever, it is possible, surprisingly, to obtain a high degree of stability and torsional resistance. <IMAGE> |
