PURPOSE:To permit to change the energy of water into the energy of revolution effectively by a method wherein two pieces of vanes are fixed between rotating discs so that one ends thereof are overlapped and water is impacted against both vanes efficiently. CONSTITUTION:Water in a water reserving tank 16 passes through a water introducing tube 17, is injected from a nozzle 19 as a jet as shown by an arrow sign A and is impacted against the vane 12a of the runner 9 located below the nozzle 19. Most part of the water, impacted against the vane, is bent into the direction of a rotating center, is impacted against the other vane 12b and is discharged to the outside of the vane 12b without any obstruction, because the vane 12a has an arced configuration. The runner 9 is provided with the energy of revolution by the impact of the water and the energy possessed by the water may be changed effectively into the energy of revolution. |
