PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a tire by installing a large net over the whole width of the grounded part corresponding to the tread part of the tire, thus eliminating the application of an unreasonable force onto the net, in the captioned apparatus which consists of a band-shaped net and is fitted onto the outer periphery of the tire. CONSTITUTION:A slip preventing net (a) consists of a band-shaped net made of a rubber material softer than a tire (b) and is fitted onto the tire (b) by engaging a hook 2 onto the ring 5 at the center of the tire (b), pulling an elastic string 1. In this case, the mesh (a1) in the above-described net (a), corresponding to the tread part (b1) of the tire (b) is formed into rohombic form which can cover nearly the whole width of the grounded part (b1). Thus, not only the net (a) but also the tread part (b1) of the tire (b) is grounded, and thus application of an unreasonble force onto the net (a) is eliminated. If necessary, the net (a2) which turns around the both sides of the tire (b) is installed between the above-described meshes (a1), and a projection 6 is formed in the connection part of each mesh (a1) corresponding to the tread part (b1). |
