摘要 By using the rapid counterrotation of masses that have a centre of rotation and are mounted immediately next to one another it is possible artificially to achieve a displacement of the centre of mass in the self-enclosed system of the central frame Fig. 5; ISBNs 3-921 291-003, -01-1, -02-x and ISSN 0720-9614, prior art since 1970. Rotating in the thrust gyro instead of the solid masses having a centre of rotation in the form of solid cylinders are cardan rings 2 in which, in turn, rotating masses 1 rotate at maximum speed as the gyros. The rotating gyros 1 impose considerable resistance to the drive wheels 3 of the cardan frames 2 more than the inertia of solid masses. By virtue of the stabilising forces of the gyros 1, the cardan frames 2 can counterrotate only given the expenditure of a large force of the drive 4. The precession forces occurring as a counterreaction not only vanish in the bearing friction. They appear as deflection of the gravitational field about the frame 5. As a result, an appreciable displacement of the centre of mass is achieved which generates a forward drive of the system in the direction of the arrow 6. The thrust gyro is suitable for drives of any type, in particular in space. <IMAGE>
