PURPOSE:To save labor or provide unmanned arrangement by mounting a magnet chuck separably on a magnet table as in a single piece with the work to be processed. CONSTITUTION:A magnet chuck 2 is mounted separably on a magnet table 1, and thereto a work to be processed is set. Two or more magnet chucks 2 are prepared and so arranged as to be mounted separably on the magnet table 1 as in a single piece with the work. At the front face of a grinding machine X are furnished a position 10 for mounting of the work to magnet chuck 2 and a position 11 for its removal. The chuck 2 is mounted on the magnet chuck 2 of the grinding machine X, and a pair of fixed points 12, 13 for action when removal is to be made are set. The work is mounted to the chuck 2 at the position 10, and they are moved by a conveyor etc. to the fixed point 12. At this point 12, the chuck 2 is attracted from over the work and carried to the table 1, where location shall be made, and upon placing on the table 1 the grinding operation shall commence. |
