In the method according to the invention, print-outs are produced via a dedicated line connected to an exchange through simple seizure of this line in the exchange, which print-outs clearly identify a customer who places an order in this way. Such print-outs may, with the aid of a data processing system, contain detailed data on the customer in question and they are then acknowledged from the exchange by means of an automatic announcement. To prepare simple print-outs, it suffices to connect a printer directly to the exchange.
