Solar collector system with a large number of channel-shaped concave mirror reflectors arranged parallel to one another, which are displaceable together about axes of rotation parallel to their longitudinal axis. The incident sunlight is in each case focussed on collector tubes which are arranged on the rear side of an adjacent reflector and at the same time serve as the axis of rotation for this reflector. The rear side of each reflector is provided with a light-absorbing layer; when the sky is overcast, this is turned to the light so that the system can work as an absorber installation. <IMAGE>
