The unit has a tyre of rubber or similar material, whose side walls have elastically formed bosses which run around the tyre, and are of a softer material than the remainder of the tyre. The bosses form ridges running round the tyre of between 2 and 8 mms, in width, with a height of 5 to 10 mms. |
